HOW CAN I OPEN A ROSATIS?

Rosati’s actively seeks highly qualified individuals to become franchisees. Prior business experience, coupled with personal financial qualifications, individual motivation and a track record of success are important key factors in our evaluation process. Fill out a Franchise Application Form today!

HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED TO START A FRANCHISE?

Individuals need $80,000 in personal resources (cash, liquid assets, marketable securities, family assets and/or stocks). Financing is to be secured through third-party lending sources. The total cost of each franchise unit varies by model and location.

HOW MUCH ARE THE ROYALTIES AND FEES?

Royalties and Continuing Service Fees are 5% of gross sales.

WHAT PERFORMANCE CAN I EXPECT FROM ROSATIS?

We encourage you to learn more about the performance of our restaurants by speaking with a Rosati’s franchisee. Since we do not know where your restaurant will be located or your level of operation, we cannot predict your results. We are restricted by the Federal Trade Commission and various state franchise sales regulations from providing you with specific profit projections.

The best way to obtain further information is to fill out an Franchise Application Form to obtain a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with the names and phone numbers of our franchisees. Call as many as you’d like. Ask them about being a Rosati’s franchisee and how well they are doing. You’ll enjoy speaking with owners and you’ll hear firsthand from the people who were once exactly where you are now: investigating our franchise opportunity.

DOES ROSATIS OFFER FINANCING?

No. However, Rosati’s Franchising, Inc. can direct potential franchisees to sources that have provided financing options to other franchisees in the areas of equipment leasing, construction and SBA loans.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OPEN A STORE?

Each location is different depending on a variety of factors including site selection, build-out requirements and training. However, it takes approximately 6-9 months from signing the franchise agreement to your Rosati’s grand opening.

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING CAN I EXPECT FROM A FRANCHISE?

All new franchisees participate in a 4-week training program. The program consists of on-the-job training at a Rosati’s Training Store, providing you with real-life management experience. You will learn all about business development, management, customer service, marketing, food preparation and quality assurance. In addition, you will receive up to 2 weeks of on-site training with the corporate operations managers. Once completed, franchisees receive regular updates to their training.

HOW IS THE FOOD QUALITY AND CONSISTANCY MAINTAINED?

Rosati’s products are created from family recipes handed down from generation to generation for over 40 years. We create the recipes and national distributors deliver the ingredients to our stores. Another familiar pizza place with locations in Illinois and Indiana, Rosati’s is a solid choice. They consistently put out a quality and memorable pizza no matter what crust type you choose.
